Customer agrees that it will not hold Hudson Candle, LLC accountable for delays in delivery occasioned by acts of God or other circumstances that are beyond our control. Shipments or delivery dates are best estimates and in no case will Hudson Candle, LLC be liable for any consequential or special damages arising from any delay in delivery.
